We were brought in by our strategic partner NewReach out of Seattle to help a recently refreshed WaFd Bank create an in-store branded content experience for their newly designed HQ in downtown Seattle.
The project leveraged a hybrid approach of strategy, design, content development and digital signage to bring this unique experience to life.
CONCEPT
Taking a classic content marketing approach, we designed a branded content strategy to connect the audience in a physical environment, digitally. This included 80+ pieces of content of various lengths, types, and messages, to play 24/7 over 3 distinct physical zones. This was brought together by creating a content matrix and collaborating with motion, graphic, and video designers.
OUTCOME
The branded content strategy is now being adopted and rolled-out to all their retail locations across 8 states with multiple accolades. To quote WaFd’s Director of Marketing, “it is a WOW project” and a landmark in Downtown Seattle.
